Definitions:

"On-Page" SEO Optimization - "On-Page" SEO optimization simply refers to the optimization of the text and content on your web site pages as well as the source code. Basically, it's editing your web page(s), content and source code so the search engines can readily find your web page(s) when a surfer is searching for your website's particular topic.

"Off-Page" SEO Optimization - "Off-Page" SEO optimization refers to creating text and "inbound" links from OTHER website pages to your website pages. These links are often referred to as "backlinks", meaning "links that point back to a web page". "Off-Page" SEO optimization is a very long and specialized process. It usually takes a highly skilled expert to achieve top website rankings in the major search engines. The more competitive the niche, the harder it is to accomplish.

"Local Map" Listings - All 3 major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) as well as several major online directories have maps that show where local businesses are located. Since most people now search online for products and services, but buy offline, having your wesbite/business listed on the "local maps" is of utmost importance. After all, 100% of the people who can't find you, can't do business with you.

Local - Local (in this context) refers to the generally recognized trading area of a business. This varies widely among different types of businesses. For a pizza restaurant it may be a 3 mile radius whereas a shopping mall may be 20 miles and an amusement park may be 50 miles.

Renewals:

We will contact you each year to renew. You will need to sign a new 1 year agreement each year. Whether you renew or not is your decision. For as long as you remain our client, we will never contract with any of your competitors in the same city for the same "On-Page" or "Off -Page" SEO Optimization services (We will do "Local Map" listings for competitors as all business need this).

We will not perform SEO services for 2 different businesses in the same city, town, or reasonable local area who compete for the same dollars, for the same services, at the same time.

However, we may for example, perform SEO Services for an Attorney specializing in DUI and an Attorney specializing in Divorce in the same city as they aren't competing for the same client at the same time. We will be happy to discuss this with you if you foresee possible issues with a local competitor.

NOTE: Agreement Period: 1 year (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties).
